 Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PLM Technical Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Teamcenter and other Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. Knowledge of 3D and 2D design tools such as NX, Inventor, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, as well as document handling systems, is a significant advantage. This role requires a deep understanding of PLM systems, processes, and best practices, especially in high-complexity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the PLM system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Utilize Teamcenter to manage and optimize product lifecycle processes.
• Configure and deploy Teamcenter solutions to meet business requirements.
• Analyze workflows, suggest improvements, and adapt to evolving technical landscapes.
• Lead changes, manage software versioning, and ensure PLM system stability.
• Handle day-to-day IT requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other teams.
• Resolve system performance issues, manage tickets, and address user concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLM solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Stay updated with the latest PLM technologies and trends.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter, including configuration and deployment.
• Proficiency in 3D and 2D design tools (NX, Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, access control, encryption, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SQL databases, backups, and optimization.
• Familiarity with secure authentication mechanisms, SSL certificates, and encryption protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to work in a high-complexity PLM environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Self-driven with a keen interest in security, compliance, and optimization.
• Previous experience in leading changes and implementing PLM systems.
• Strong analytical skills for system performance resolution.
