Höegh Evi are looking for a summer intern to assist in the Commercial Operations department supporting the commercial operators during the holiday period. We are looking for an engaged, curious and positive summer intern eager to contribute to our team. The main responsibilities are to assist the commercial operator providing support to the vessels on daily basis and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations in compliance with the time charter parties and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Day to day coordination with the vessel, charterer and other stakeholders on operational matters

- Performance monitoring and reporting as required under the time charter party

- Quality assurance of reports from the vessel

- Support the Commercial Operator as necessary

- Participate and promote good working environment internally within all departments in Evi and with all external stakeholders, with focus on the clients.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English, both written and oral.

- 3 years higher education; the background could be diverse, ranging from engineering to economics and business but a strong interest in shipping, operations and logistics is preferable.
